Ok peeps, here’s the deal. I’m still waiting for my student finance to come through, and I start Fresher’s week on Monday. This week is going to be the most expensive for us, as the husband & I both need to be travelling for work /school. We should be ok next week, as we have some extra assignment pay coming through.

But for this week, we need to cover travel card for David (6 bus trips) 4 days petrol for me, and one day of travelling to London by various trains. This doesn’t include various parking fees, and the minimum school supplies I need to pick up.

I’m hoping to raise £80 by Monday. (A long shot, I know.) My PayPal is crescent_wench@yahoo.com - please reblog this. I’ll post pictures & updates so you can see how my first week of uni goes!

Please help if you can. £80 is about…$120? But for someone in Barbie’s circumstances it might as well be $500 - completely unattainable to her any other way.

You lovelies are wonderful! We’re halfway there. We’ve got the hubby’s travel covered, so he can definitely make it into work next week. That’s a huge relief. Thank you. X If we manage to overfund, I’ll be able to pick up my prescription. :) But even if we don’t, if we fund by tomorrow afternoon, I’ll be able to collect the school supplies I need. :D

I love you guys. All told we raised £47, and one of my friends bought me some groceries! Today is my first day of Uni. :’) I’ve got to get up in a few minutes & get ready to go. Wish me luck!

I’ll post updates during the day on Twitter (wench) and more tonight when I get home. Probably after an epic nap. X
